What To Expect
1) Inquiry & Initial Consultation
Once you inquire, we’ll review your vision, guest count, and overall goals for your celebration. From there, we’ll schedule a consultation to ensure we’re aligned and that our design approach is the right fit for your event.
2) Secure Your Date
To officially begin, a signed agreement and design retainer are required. This secures your date and allows us to begin the creative process.
3) Concept Development
We begin designing your event from the ground up! developing your custom concept, mood board, color palette, and overall creative direction.
This is where your vision starts to come to life in a cohesive and intentional way.
What To Expect
4) Design Refinement & Planning
We refine your design, finalize key elements, and collaborate with your vendor team to ensure every detail aligns seamlessly.
5) Installation & Event Day
On the day of your event, our team manages the full setup and styling of your space, bringing your design to life exactly as envisioned.
We oversee every detail so you can fully enjoy your celebration.
6) Breakdown
After your event, we take care of the breakdown and removal of all design elements for a seamless close.

FAQ
What is the minimum investment for a Cloud 9 event design?
Every event is crafted to reflect the individual theme and preferences of our clients. however, the more customizations there is as well as a high guest counts the more the event will cost. Our event design experience begins at $5,000 for intimate milestone celebrations, Custom High impact focal points begins at $700 and $18,000 for weddings. This ensures we have the resources to create the immersive and elevated designs we are known for.
How do I book?
Please complete the inquiry form, and we'll promptly get back to you within 1-2 business days. Expect to receive mock-up designs within 48-72 hours after retainer fee. you can also reach out to us via direct message on Instagram or Facebook for assistance. Please note, if you submit the inquiry form over the weekend, we'll reach out to you on the following Monday.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable design retainer is required to secure your date and initiate the design process.
Due to the custom nature of our services and the limited number of events we accept, dates are not held without a signed agreement and retainer.
Do you provide rentals?
We offer a curated collection of design elements that are exclusively used within our full-service designs or focal point designs.
At this time, we do not offer standalone rentals.
